Brian Wu is a product designer with 5 years of experience specializing in visual design and design systems based in San Francisco, building a better, more connected world with human-centered design at Lyft.

I bring a diverse skill set to the table, honed through experience in print, graphic, and digital product design. I've got a keen eye for detail and a drive to leverage technology to improve lives, in the rideshare space or elsewhere.

When I'm not pushing pixels, you'll likely find me scaling the walls of a climbing gym, noodling on the guitar, or exploring the great outdoors through hiking, biking, running, or climbing.

I started my career in Design Ops at SiriusXM + Pandora, my not-so-secret strategy to get into the coveted world of Product Design as a business student in school. Over there, I took point on implementing Figma, training the team, and creating new frameworks to empower designers to focus on doing their best work.

My love for organization & process balanced with my desire to create endlessly felt like the perfect match for ultimately transitioning into Product Design.

You'll find me today working on the core rider experience at Lyft. Recently, I got to lead the first redesign of Lyft's home screen since 2017.

Previously, I was the sole designer on Lyft Delivery, as well as worked on projects that empower drivers with more control on rides they take. My passion lies in making things truly focused on improving the lives of our riders and drivers, sifting through business priorities and user needs to create an extensible experience.
